Lannon — Village officials want Scott Flick to stop operating a car repair business they say he is running out of his home in a residentially zoned neighborhood.
According to a lawsuit filed March 27 by Assistant Village Attorney Catherine Goodman Demski, Lannon Building Inspector Robert Blankenheim and Lannon Fire Chief Gary Georgenson found car repair tools, spare tires, repair manuals and business records for Lannon Auto Service, Flick's business, at his home at 7368 Lannon Road.
Lannon's lawsuit asks that Flick be fined $1,000 for each day his business violated the village's zoning rules.
