Jim - I am moving this off Amy's blog. I know it's Off topic, but this must be dealth with. Feel free not to print this and I don't want a response, but I will be sending this to Matt so i can back myself up if it is used against me in the future.

Then Produce all these vulgar e-mails then? You've been making these claims for months, but yet to don't offer any evidence, but push this publicly? All I've seen was one e-mail. In fact Matt has it well documented that you retracted your accusations that he attacked your family, and your excuse of bad parenting is cheap. I'm not going to let you get away with making these accusations without backing yourself up.

All I have seen from you has been accusations based on circumstantace against Matt.

Let me say this, "I KNOW" you have been trying to get Matt kicked off LCL blogs since you left the first time. Why, he told me after all this happened.

Isn't it interesting that this hijacking also seemed like you were trying to frame Matt? You do have a motive, to me it seems like a vendetta. This is what I thought at first. Maybe you've been working with that person? Or maybe he hacked your private e-mails as well?

This is the last I will say: Your credability is shot im my eyes, I do not trust you becuase you make accusations about people with out backing them up with evidence which is much worse than stating "facts" without evidence to back them, you pushed and pushed "US" as the perpetritors with Matt as the ring leader, even though it was still under investigation, and you still continue to lie and try to weasel out of your self-imposed credability probelm.

1) I have come to the conclusion, with the evidence that I have seen that you have "exagerated" & "stretched" the one e-mail with the f-word, the one piece of evidence you have since you got it to attack and try to gain support for getting Matt Kicked off LCL blogs.

2) During the investigation of the hijacking, you were well aware of the investigation, but, instead of backing off and waiting to make a final judgment, you were happy to keep on pushing these accusations as well as impuding Jmark and I as well.

3) etc.....

If number 2 was correct and it was a "conspiracy", we would all have been kicked off LCL and you would have been vindicated, and I wouldn't even be writing this.

The reality is is that none of us were involoved with the hijacking.

The reality is that you have no evidence, to back up your claims. If you did, MC would have been gone long ago, for unethical behaviour.

The reality is that you have lost credability and your behaviour on these 2 issues is dubious and very very unethical.

The sad fact is that i have lost any and all respect for you.

How is it that you were aware of the hijacker that took over MC's name while it was being investigated by the administrator, but yet went out of your way to try to pin it on him, I, and jmark at the same time?

As you know everyone of us was cleared of ANY wrong doing. There was no conspiracy on any of our parts.

Amy - Was this ethical behaviour on your part?

- Do you realize how bad you have hurt your credability, by making false accusations?

- Do you understand that everyday you don't publicly apologize for your unethical behaviour, and don't take responsibility for your behaivor you live the life of a hypocrite, since of course your blog "What ever happened to personal responsability?

May I remind you of your own words, "When did taking personal responsibility for one's own behaviors disappear? Obviously, this isn't just a political trend. Many people in everyday life act the same way as our elected officials. Such behavior is more apparent in public figures however, simply because they are in the public eye. As a society, thought, when did we cease to apologize for doing wrong? When did we stop being embarrassed or ashamed when we intentionally did something bad or illegal and were caught? When did we all become "victims' - implying that everyone else was at fault except for ourselves?"

And this, "It is a sad day when such people brush aside the people they represent and instead work for their own best interests and wants. And if caught, they refuse to accept responsibility for their own actions."

Good advice for anybody, some good writing on your part.

Amy, I've rarely if ever will see eye-to-eye with you, do to your view that liberalism is destroying this country; I've been insulted by you and I have insulted you back. But, I still had some respect for you on a basic human to human level, blogger and poster relationship, etc... But now, I have zero respect and you no longer have any credability in my eyes, your blogs and your opinion ring hollow, becuase you stand behined your false accusations. To me is proves that you will continue and have used unethical tactics. You deliberatly pushed a lie.

It comes down to this, if you don't want to be a hypocrite, you will apologize for your false accusations, you don't have to like us, become friends or anything of the sort.

In order no to be a hypocrite you have to live by your own words and take responsibilty for your actions.

In order to start getting credability back, you have to acknowledge that you used unethical tactics, and apologize for your actions.

Choice is yours.

MC: Thanks for an interesting and informative post. Here at the park we stay at in AZ they have a fairly well equipted fitness room (steppers, stationary bikes, treadmill, weight machine) that I have decided to make use of. Previously I had exercised faithfully on a schedule that had me working out every day, except for those days that had a "y" in their spelling. My program consisted of what I affectionately called my republican regimen, side stepping responsibilities and jumping to conclusions.;-) Just poking fun people, don't go all political on it. Seriously thanks for the tips, if I make it through the next couple of weeks sticking to a schedule, hopefully it will become a habit.

Actually, that last post of BillJ's, after Erin's, was posted prior to my apology to Jim. I published my apology after. However, you're correct, he's selectively publishing comments. On that thread I wrote a plea to the hacker to knock it off - that was never allowed to see the light of day. I'm not complaining though, as bloggers we are suppose to decide what comments we find acceptable. However, I do not see what is unacceptable about publishing a plea from me to the hacker to knock it off.

Jim can run his blog however he likes. But liberals should be warned before they post on there. Your comments will be reported by Jim as "filthy" or as some kind of attack on his person.

I can only guess at his motivations for doing so.

Looks like Jim's war against you is still on. He'll letting BillYJ take popshots at you, even though he said that he would remove and not post attack comments and only those that mattered about his blog topic.

Lets all gather around and watch Jim bury any credability he may have left. His no attack clause when eh came back only applies to those he disagrees with.

Hardened and bitter, driven by anger and a vendetta.

I feel sorry for this man. I think he needs to go get born again a few more times or become American Taliban.

I found Jim's Blog quite by accident. The idea of fighting "liberal" lies seemed preposterous when there are plenty of lies out there and all seem worthy in my mind no matter what party or beliefs one holds.

Jimmy's diatribe about "Does America Lack Political Knowledge" is the post I ultimately responded to. He, of course, didn't appreciate my comments. I suppose he felt threatened by the truth, but of course and as is typical, he decided he would project some more in order to deflect any personal discomfort. At one point, Someone(s) thought I was you.

The laughable "powerful" facts he presents are sad, and what's worse, you almost feel sorry for him as he grasps at arguments like sand sifting through his fingers. Then of course he reasserts the idea he is a centrist or whatever label 'du jour he likes and claims he used to be a "whining liberal", meanwhile he's proving he is really a CID (Centrist In Disguise) defending the neocon view of the GOP (one idea that waterboarding is ok because the Justice department says it is and because people he obviously disagrees with signed off on it too - shallow, empty, cowardice) Jim calling that being a centrist insults a lot of people who are actually in the middle. Jimmy's the reason some people still want to waste time on the "center right/center left" meme, you know - more labels by those still trying to frame the debate so they can attempt to control the discussion.

Bottom line, I should not have wasted my time on Jimmy, but in finding that, I also found this blog as well. There's no devil to blame for being subjected to Jim's blog and no God to thank for finding yours but I appreciate having found your opinions even if I had to suffer Jimbo to do so.

I realized that it was hypocritical of me to demand an apology from him on a condition when he demanded an apology on conditions for the things he falsely alleges. If he was sincerely offended, then that is merit enough.

Recall, Jim alleges I send him all sorts of "filthy email."

It was Jim who introduced this theme. It is Jim who originally made it an issue:

"Those emails, including the ones with the filthy, hate filled four letter F You words, etc, were there for all to see and read just from you." (Who is Anti-American. September 10, 2008 4:44 PM)

Notice that emails is plural.

Jim continues to this day to allege that I do nothing but send him "filthy hateful emails", I had no choice than to post the entirety of that email so everyone could see the record for themselves – like I have done here. That is called evidence.

Jim has never published his evidence, much like his famed three year study. He can say all he wants, but with out evidence – we can only take his word for it.

As I demonstrated in my previous posts, Jim's credibility has a value of zero.

Jim now has his apology for the one and only "f" bomb I emailed in private correspondence to him. He can choose to accept it or not.

Quite right. Jimmy isn't worth the time or effort anyway.

He's morally bankrupt and intellectually challenged.

He gets his so-called facts and "powerful" facts from obviously questionable sources and then assumes any disagreement with him is an insult to his person. He assumes one is "liberal" not for the beliefs they hold, but based on the assumption that any who disagree with him must be "liberal". Let him be the fragile special little thing he thinks he is. As much as "schooling" him might seem like time well spent, he does nothing more than take time away that might otherwise be well spent doing even the most mundane of tasks.

Just remember, Jimmy is all about the good facts and doesn't want to deal with the real facts. He won't see it this way of course and will switch gears as soon as he feels threatened so he can try to remain on what he sees as "his winning side". Bottom line, he doesn't have one. His self righteous drivel drowns out any potential of having anything truly viable to say, let alone offer to any conversation.

How so, Mrs. Moral christian who can not apologize for accustaions, words and actions that were a delibrate falsehood, while the perpetrator was under investigation by the administrator, while you included me and Jmark in with no proof what-so-ever.

Amy you need to apologize for your actions. There is no other way around it.

I remeber you wrote a blog about Personal Responsibilty, a pretty good one at that even though you used your typical hate-filled anti-liberal rhetoric.

Are we supposed to do what you say, but you are not bound by your own words?

Again, if you do not take responsability, you put another stake in your shattered credability that you ruined yourself.
