    Big Bend Police arrested 29-year-old Justin Rathsack of Muskego Saturday, after receiving a tip that he was in the Village. Rathsack was arrested on 12 outstanding warrants at the 22900 block of Milwaukee Avenue and was taken to the Waukesha County Sheriff's Department for processing.
